Sarah has a love of style and interiors, architecture and landscapes, the influence of colour, art and sustainability. These passions combined with a curiosity and desire to craft beautiful and emotional interiors are the reason Sarah chose to create Sarah Vivian Home.

About Lorraine
Lorraine joined Sarah Vivian Home after moving to New Zealand from South Africa in late 2020.
Lorraine has a love of horticulture and plants with particular interest in the interplay between indoor and outdoor spaces using colour, texture, organic and inorganic materials. Her deep lying passion for South African design blends perfectly with her love of the old – vintage, one off and unique. This ethos spans from furniture to ceramics, textiles to pattern and is clearly seen in her interior styling.
Lorraine has developed a keen interest in discovering the intrinsic “genius loci” of a place and figuring out how it can be expanded upon and extended both indoors and outdoors.
Lorraine spent many years working with her husband to establish and run a 50 people strong construction business in South Africa. The skills she gained during this time has made the transition to an interior styling profession a very natural one.
